Cancellation Policy

1. Notification: All cancellations must be made in writing and will be effective on the date of receipt by JP Sport Adventures.
2. Refund Policy:
   • More than 60 days prior to adventure start date: Full refund minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the total adventure cost.
   • 30 to 60 days prior to adventure start date: 50% refund of the total adventure cost.
   • Less than 30 days prior to adventure start date: No refund available.

1. Rescheduling Option: Clients may choose to reschedule their adventure for any available dates within one year of the original start date, subject to availability. The first rescheduling request will incur no additional charges, but subsequent changes may be subject to an administrative fee.
2. Substitution: Clients may substitute another person for their booking up to 15 days prior to the start of the adventure without incurring additional fees, subject to the substitute meeting all adventure requirements.

1. JP Sport Adventures reserves the right to cancel any adventure due to insufficient enrollment, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
2. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
3. JP Sport Adventures is not responsible for additional expenses incurred in preparation for the trip (e.g., airline tickets, gear purchases, visas, medical expenses).

Travel Insurance:

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.

• In light of the ongoing pandemic, clients affected by COVID-19 (through positive test results or government-imposed travel restrictions) will be offered flexible rescheduling options or a credit for future adventures.

This policy aims to provide clear guidelines for cancellations while maintaining fairness to both clients and the company. Clients are encouraged to carefully consider these terms when booking their adventure.
