Welcome to the JP Sport Adventures Poker Run! To ensure everyone has a fair and enjoyable experience, please adhere to the following rules:

General Rules:

1. Registration and Participation:

•    All participants must register and pay the $50 entry fee to participate.
•    Participants must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by an adult if under 18.

2. Safety First:

•    All riders must wear appropriate safety gear.
•    Obey all traffic laws. This is not a race; speed limits must be observed.

3. Poker Run Basics:

•    Each participant will receive a score card at registration. This card must be presented at each stop to draw a card.
•    Riders must follow the designated route and visit all stops in order.

4. Card Drawing:

•    At each stop, draw one card. The card drawn will be recorded on your score card by event staff or volunteers.
•    Cards cannot be traded or changed once drawn.

5. Hand Submission:

•    All score cards must be turned in by 4:00 PM at the final stop or designated area back at Jorgensen Powersports.
•    Late submissions will not be considered for prizes.

Prize Information:

Total Prize Pool: $2500

Ways to Win:

•    Best Poker Hand: Traditional poker hand rankings apply; the highest hand wins.
•    Worst Poker Hand: Lowest ranking hand gets a prize for their "luck".
•    Traveled the Furthest: For the participant who traveled the greatest distance to join the event.

Prize Distribution:

• Winners will be announced at 4:30 PM. You must be present to win; prizes will not be held or mailed.
• In the event of a tie, winners will be decided by a draw or another fair method determined by the organizers.

Additional Notes:

• Event Alterations: The organizers reserve the right to alter or cancel any part of the event due to unforeseen circumstances. Information will be communicated as soon as possible.
• Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards each other, staff, and the public. Disqualification can occur for unsportsmanlike behavior.
• Liability: Participants ride at their own risk. JP Sport Adventures and event sponsors are not liable for accidents, damage, or loss.

Event Participation:

• If we do not reach a minimum number of participants by Nov 6th, the SxS Poker Run may be canceled to ensure the event can be conducted safely and with the quality experience we promise. 
  • In the case of cancellation, all registered participants will be notified through email and this event page, and a full refund of the entry fee will be issued within 10 days.
